The type of absolute selectivity protection is differential-phase protection (DPZ). The relative selectivity protection includes: current protection (TO and ZOF), remote protection (DZ), zero sequence current protection (TZNP).

Sirius 2 DZL 01 - the device is designed to provide basic protection of absolute selectivity of air, cable and mixed air-cable lines of voltage class 6-220 kV in networks with effectively grounded or isolated (compensated) neutral. The type of absolute selectivity protection is the longitudinal differential current protection of a line (DL) with a digital communication channel (CS) over a dedicated fiber optic network.
